DELIVERY
As our merchandise is custom designed and printed to order, delivery usually takes 7-14 days, but please do allow up to 28 days. Postage and Packaging is charged at a flat rate of £5.95 per order.

Our Merchandise is only available to Award Winning Restaurants and Takeaways. If we are unable to locate your invitation, your order will be cancelled. All refunds take up to 5-7 working days to be processed by our payment provider.

To make any changes or to cancel please visit the My Account section of our website to contact us before renewal each year. Any promotions, offers or discounts are one time only unless specified otherwise.
